The word origami is composed by two different terms: Oru (to old) and Kami (paper) which together literally mean “folding paper” but also “folded object.”
Here was born the idea to study and plan a product that recalls the meticulous craftsmanship with which origami are made. Origami demonstrates how the most beautiful things can be created from the simplest materials, while keeping their soul intact.
Origami is indeed a creation of Enrico Colombo and consists of modular elements in true wood veneer that have been designed, conceived and developed like the realisation of an origami. The extreme versatility makes this product suitable for every type of application, customising and making unique any environment in which they are inserted.
